Q: I just created an account. Why don’t I have access to members only content?
A: When you create an account you will immediately be able to register for training programs and purchase items from the online store. However, if your company is a CAI member and you are eligible for members only access, it will take until the next business day to process your request.
Q: I received a strange red text error message while trying to use the Website. Why did this happen?
A: This may be a Web browser issue. If you are purchasing something please try using Internet Explorer. The Website is optimized for Internet Explorer and the use of other browsers may lead to error messages. If you are already using Internet Explorer try going back a couple of screens and then proceeding. Q: Where are the links that used to appear on my screen (CAI Newsletter, NC Desk Manual, etc…) when I logged in to Members Only?
A: You will find most of them on the Members Only Resources page. If you cannot find something you are looking for please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, 919-878-9222 or 336-668-7746.
Q: Have my user name and passwords for survey access and/or the VEA! On-Line Background Checks changed?
A: No. You should continue to use the passwords that you have been using in the past for surveys and VEA!.
Q: How can I set my browser to remember my username and password to log in to the Website?
A: Just follow these steps:
- In Internet Explorer go to the Tools menu and select Internet Options
- Click the Content tab
- Click the Setting icon in the AutoComplete section
- Check the box that says: User names and passwords on forms
- Check the box that says: Prompt me to save passwords
- Click the OK button
- Click the OK button to exit Internet Options
- Exit Internet Explorer
- Restart Internet Explorer
Q: How do I update my contact information?
A: There are two simple ways you can do this:
1 – After logging in on the home page you will be taken to the Individual Information screen. Just click on the edit link and make the changes.
2 – If you are already logged in you can click on the My Account link in the top right of your screen from any page on the Website. Just click on the edit link and make the changes.
