Q: What does the error message “No line items selected” mean?

A: In order to proceed with registration you need to add a registration for all registrants including yourself.

Q: I can’t find the name for somebody I’d like to register for a class.  What do I do?

A: From the Register an Individual screen, click on the “Don’t see a registrant name in the list? Click here to add one” button. A new box will pop up. Fill in the information required and click on the “Save” button. The new individual will appear in the registrant field and you can proceed through the process.

Q: I just created an account.  Why can’t I register other people from my organization for training?

A: In order to register other people from your organization for training you need to be connected to the organization in CAI’s system.  That process will usually take less than 24 hours after you create your account. The process may take longer if you create your account on the weekend.  You should be able to register other people from your organization before the end of the next business day. Upon creating an account you can immediately register yourself for training and purchase items from the store.
