Job Ready Services

Job Ready Services is an Industrial Rehabilitation facility that provides post offer employment and functional evaluation testing to determine the safe ability of employees.  With an experienced staff of Physical and Occupational Therapists who specialize in evaluating the physical capability of workers, Job Ready offers services to employers to reduce their workers’ compensation costs by as much as 50% to 80%, including Fit for Duty testing, Job Analysis, Ergonomic Assessments and workplace training.  Job Ready also offers services to return injured workers to work as quickly and safely as possible.

Professional Drug Screening Services, Inc. (PDSS) has specialized in workplace substance abuse testing and U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance for 20 years and provides complete, round-the-clock drug-free workplace consulting and management.  Headquartered in Wilson, N.C., PDSS offers both pre-employment drug screening services and current employee testing, which may include random, for cause, and post-accident.  CAI members are eligible to receive discounted rates from PDSS on drug screening services and substance abuse management programs.
