Ease of access and a fast return of results make online assessments a popular candidate and/or employee evaluation tool for employers.  Each of the assessments below is designed to help you make decisions for hiring into specific types of jobs, or better prepare employees for future success.  They are all powerful and dynamic management tools that employ the latest online technology.  Many can be self-administered.  Companies may choose to manage the process and the results independently or request assistance from CAI in reviewing and understanding the results.

There are several different types of online surveys and training programs, each designed to help you make decisions for specific types of jobs and better prepare employees for success. All of the online surveys and training programs are powerful and dynamic management tools that employ 21st century online technology.

The Profile XT [SAMPLE PDF REPORT] - A multi-purpose assessment that can be used as a selection, promotion, managing, coaching, and succession planning tool for any position in your organization. It measures Thinking Style, Behavioral Traits, and Occupational interests benchmarked to the requirements of a specific position.

Profile Sales Assessment [SAMPLE PDF REPORT] - Measures how well a person fits specific sales jobs in your organization so that you can optimize sales performance. It is used primarily for selecting, onboarding and managing sales people and account managers. The "job modeling" feature is unique, and can be customized by company, sales position, department, manager, geography, or any combination of these factors. The sales assessment enables you to evaluate an individual based on the qualities required to perform successfully. This sales assessment also predicts on-the-job performance in seven critical sales behaviors: prospecting, call reluctance, closing the sale, self-starting, working with a team, building and maintaining relationships, and compensation preference.

Step One Survey [SAMPLE PDF REPORT] - A pre-employment screening tool for production, maintenance, and service employees to assess the attitudes of candidates regarding integrity, reliability, drug use, and work ethic. This is the solution for employers who hire too many people who are dishonest, use drugs, are late or "no-shows," and whose work effort is substandard. You receive targeted interview questions and general employment data such as previous wages, time in present/previous position, when available for work, etc.

Step One Survey II [SAMPLE PDF REPORT] - A pre-employment screening tool for professional, technical, and administrative employees to assess the attitudes of candidates regarding work ethic, reliability, integrity, and drug use, plus any history of risky workplace behavior, misuse of resources, email and Internet abuse, trust with the organization's proprietary information and confidential data. The Checkpoint 360 measures competencies in eighteen skill areas for executives, managers, supervisors, and others in formal leadership positions and facilitates peak performance that generates improved productivity and builds working relationships.

DiSC Assessment [SAMPLE PDF REPORT] - Each of us has strengths and weaknesses that make us more effective in some situations and less in others. Discover and define your dominant behavioral styles and how you relate to people and to your environment. The more you know about yourself the better you can manage people, work on teams, meet sales goals and handle customer service problems.

Performance Indicator [SAMPLE PDF REPORT] - measures five individual characteristics and their impact on nine critically important aspects of success in business. Managerial Fit [SAMPLE PDF REPORT] - This is a manager assessment test which measures critical workplace compatibility factors between managers (executive, director, supervisor, team leader, etc.) and their employee(s) to determine managerial fit.
