2017 National Executive Compensation Survey
The 2017 National Executive Compensation Survey provides top management compensation information, including base, cash bonus, and other long-term incentives. CAI co-sponsored this survey along with 14 other leading employer associations across the United States. The 2017 National Executive Compensation Survey contains data from 1,464 organizations representing 9,868 executives. Data effective January 31, 2017.
Base salary increases (including 0s/negatives and excluding 0s/negatives) are provided for all jobs, with comparison to prior year. Detailed compensation data are reported by sales volume (9 categories), employment size (8 categories), industry (by major NAICS category), region (6 categories) and geographic area (major cities where co-sponsors are located).
