In most cases, for an employee to reach maximum effectiveness, they must establish strong relationships with people both inside and outside the organization. By understanding how people operate and their point of view, one can greatly increase their chances of building those productive relationships.

This program will help participants successfully relate to others by utilizing a process that includes stakeholder identification, stakeholder management, stakeholder analysis and stakeholder prioritization.

After completing an insightful and fun hands-on simulation focused on collaboration and relationship management, participants will utilize a stakeholder analysis tool to determine the stakeholders critical to their goal achievement. From there they will learn how to best manage, interact and influence key stakeholders in order to achieve desired business results.

Participants will also assess their primary influencing style and learn how to adapt their influencing style to successfully achieve results. They will finish the day by preparing an action plan for using their new influencing skills to help manage challenging stakeholders in their organization.
