Building Relationships Using the Myers-Briggs Type Inventory
Your personality "type" plays a big role in how you gather information, make decisions, and organize your work. By identifying your personality "type" with the Myers-Briggs Type Inventory (MBTI) you will gain insight into your strengths and weaknesses, enabling you to grow as a leader.
Since its introduction 70 years ago the MBTI has been viewed as the premiere psychological tool for business. This self-report instrument is based on rigorous research and forms the basis of several, more simplified instruments in current use. This course provides the test materials and explains the results, and then guides you through potential uses of this valuable self-knowledge in your work environment.
