In today’s constantly changing and demanding business world, it is necessary to continually develop and improve your skills and knowledge in order to perform effectively and be considered a valuable employee to the organization.

Additionally, no matter what your job is or what industry you work in, you probably have aspirations of professional success. Success may be defined in different ways by different people, but having a “can-do attitude”, being a good communicator, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and meeting deadlines and managing your daily priorities can all make a big difference in being successful at work.

This course has been designed to provide participants with both insights and practical tools to strengthen mission critical skills, build professional relationships and take charge of their own professional development. Attendees will have the chance to explore the skills that will help them thrive in the workplace, eliminate roadblocks and develop a plan for professional success.

Each session contains interactive group discussions, small group exercises, individual reflection, case studies, and self-assessments to demonstrate and reinforce key concepts. Participants complete an action plan at the end of each session to transfer their learning to the workplace through practical application.
