Important Things to Know

  • This course is offered during the day, evenings and weekends, all Eastern Standard Time. See details by clicking on the red Schedule and Registration button at the top of this page.
  • In order to receive program materials, all registrants must pay for the Study Course on or before the first day of the class. Payment in full for the Study Course must be made before materials will be shipped.
  • Webinar instructions will be sent out one week prior to the session.
  • Materials will be shipped to you two weeks prior to the session and will arrive on or around the start date for the session.
  • If you cancel after receiving the course materials, a nonrefundable materials fee of $500 will be charged.
  • If you are using your telephone instead of your computer for audio, you will be responsible for all telephone charges.

About the Instructor

David Siler, SPHR, GPHR, is the Managing Partner of Distinctive HR, Inc. He has more than 25 years of experience as a senior level HR practitioner and consults with a variety of organizations on HR issues, including several Fortune 500 companies. David has served two terms on the Board of Directors for the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) for North Carolina, is a two-time Past-President of the Central Carolina Personnel Association, and is a Past-President of the Alamance County Human Resources Executive Association.

He has been teaching PHR® and SPHR® prep courses for more than a dozen years and has helped hundreds achieve their PHR® or SPHR® certification. David’s students have an extremely impressive overall passing rate of more than 90%.
